Each session rotates through targeted muscle groups, combining old-school hypertrophy principles with smarter, more intentional training.

I operate online and from the northern suburb of Butler, Perth in Western Australia at Goodlife Butler, I am a qualified Cert 4 Personal Trainer, PT, Cert 4 Nutrition, Boxfit and Tai Chi certified, NLP Certified (think Tony Robins) and Certified Hypnotherapist. I 'cut my teeth' as a PT over 35 years ago in the era where great names such as Frank Zane, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Danny Padilla, Tom Platz, Tony Person, Cory Everson and Gary Strydom to name but a few were being talked about with passion in the gym. So I know a thing or two about all facets of weight loss and personal training.
