    • Workout programs detailing sets, reps, rest periods, tempos, any supersets with how to videos for each exercise movement
    • Nutrition explanations and examples (not included in workout only plans)
    • Self taken measurements, body weight, progress photos and skin fold entries; automated body fat % calculations and reminders for measuring days
    • Ebooks explaining macros, calories, good sources and their timing, recipes and customisable eating options (not included in workout only plans)
    • 'In app' workout schedule with reminders including rest days, any workout splits 
  • Weekly check ins for Online Coaching to answer any queries and make any adjustments

Online Coaching

What is Online Coaching or sometimes called Online Personal Training?



Basically you have a real Coach on the end of your computer or phone. All the experience and customisation/re-programming,  but perform the workouts on your own. You get regular check ins and program updates based upon your performance and progress. Basically you get a Personal Trainer/Coach for a fraction of the cost and more flexibility. 


Packages include regular personalised nutrition plans.


This is perfect if you:

  • Want more for your money, you would like Personal Trainer but budget is a factor
  • Hectic schedule, but you want a Personal Trainer, you can't stick to preset session times
  • Want a Personal Trainer but work out at home 
  • Want the Personal Trainer's experience but don't live close
  • Have any injuries
  • Have any specific muscles or body parts that you wish to prioritise
  • Need accountability to keep you in track
